What`s the meaning of these lines?

Hello, Ithank you for the apportunity to ask. I translate the lyrics of one chinese song from english (its translation from chinese) into russian, but I still doubt about the meaning of two lines 装作铭心骨刻  千帆过没谁不可 He had been pretending,  but what feelings he discribed? To whom it`s exactly? And 还不懂也失控  失控  lose control - it`s about situation that happened because he still not that wise? Or about himself?

Wow it's quite difficult to translate lyrics. I try to answer literally:

装作铭心骨刻: pretend it was carved in my heart and bones

千帆过没谁不可: as thousands of sails pass by, no one is exclusive

还不懂也失控：still don't know, still lose control

I think he is thinking of the past lover, try to forget but sometimes still feel painful.
