how to translate this sentence?

 

霓为衣兮风为马,云之君兮纷纷而来下。

虎鼓瑟兮鸾回车,仙之人兮列如麻。

This is a poem made by Li Bai. I like it ! But i cannot translate it correctly. Please help me .

a tiger strikes the harp, a phoenix rides a chariot; the immortals line up like hemp.
